✅ Overseeing asset tagging processes and ensuring compliance with established standards.

✅ Conducting thermography testing for electrical equipment and ensuring adherence to safety regulations.

✅ Coordinating and supervising MEP installation and maintenance activities.

✅ Ensuring compliance with building codes, regulations, and quality standards.

We are seeking a skilled and experienced CSM Operator (Critical System Management Operator) to join our team for an exciting facilities management project in Qatar. If you have a strong knowledge of ELV (Extra Low Voltage) and BMS (Building Management Systems), we want to hear from you!

Position: CSM Operator (Critical System Management Operator)

Salary Package: QAR 4,500 monthly (Full Package)

Working Hours: 10 Hours Per Day & 6 Days per week

Responsibilities:

Operate and monitor critical systems such as ELV and BMS in a facilities management project

Ensure smooth functioning and optimal performance of critical systems

Conduct regular inspections, tests, and preventive maintenance of systems

Respond promptly to system alarms, troubleshoot issues, and take appropriate actions

Coordinate with maintenance teams and external service providers for system repairs and upgrades

Maintain accurate records of system performance, maintenance activities, and incidents

Follow safety protocols and adhere to established procedures and guidelines

Requirements:

Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in ELV and BMS systems

Proven track record as a CSM Operator or similar role in facilities management projects

Familiarity with critical systems operations, maintenance, and troubleshooting
