Gymnastics Coach
We hiring for Gymnastics instructor to teach little girls, coach whom will be helping them reaching their potential through developing their skills, creating training plans and providing feedbacks and support
Responsibilities
Design training plans that focus on building strength, flexibility, and skill progression
Teach proper techniques for all gymnastics disciplines including vault, bars, beam and floor exercise
Assist our kids in setting and achieving individual goals
Provide regular feedback and encouragement
Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective strategies
Maintain a safe training environment and ensure that all equipment is properly used and maintained
Attend competitions and provide support and coaching our kids during meets
Communicate effectively with athletes, parents, and other coaches
Qualifications
Experience as a competitive gymnast or gymnastics coach
Strong knowledge of gymnastics techniques and training methods
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to create and implement effective training plans
Certification in gymnastics coaching is required
