Job Description:
A leading Technology Comapny in kuwait, working with audio-visual, low voltage, and IT solutions, is offering an exciting opportunity for freshers to join our team as Project Coordinator and Sales Support. As part of our commitment, we offer a comprehensive 2-3 month training program with a stipend of 175 KWD to equip you with the necessary skills and knowledge for success in this role.
Responsibilities:
Training Program:
Participate in a structured training program focused on project coordination and sales support.
Learn about audio-visual, low voltage, and IT solutions, industry standards, and best practices.
Gain hands-on experience by working on real-life projects and tasks.
Receive mentorship and guidance from experienced professionals in the field.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand the dynamics of the organization.
Project Coordination:
Assist project managers in organizing and coordinating audio-visual, low voltage, and IT projects, including scheduling, resource allocation, and task tracking.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather project requirements and provide necessary support.
Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to project timelines.
Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and presentations.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
Sales Support:
Assist the sales team in preparing sales proposals, presentations, and contracts related to audio-visual, low voltage, and IT solutions.
Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify potential sales opportunities.
Coordinate sales activities, including lead generation, follow-ups, and customer relationship management.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records, including customer information, sales pipelines, and sales performance reports.
Provide administrative support to the sales team, such as scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling customer inquiries.
Customer Support:
Act as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries related to audio-visual, low voltage, and IT solutions.
Address customer issues, concerns, and complaints in a professional and satisfactory manner.
Collaborate with the customer support team to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Escalate complex customer issues to the appropriate departments for resolution.
Requirements:
Bachelor''s degree/Diploma / Engineering / MBA (freshers are preferred).
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Knowledge or interest in audio-visual, low voltage, or IT solutions will be a plus.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Detail-oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Training Program Details:
Duration: 2 to 3 months
Stipend: 175 KWD
Training Location: Four Plus Systems headquarters
Training Schedule: Full-time, Saturday to Thursday
Upon successful completion of the training program, candidates may be offered a full-time position with a starting salary ranging from 200 to 300 KWD, depending on performance.
