A well-established company is looking for an HR Manager on an urgent basis. The candidate should be in Qatar with transferable visas and can join urgently. 

Description

The Key responsibilities of the role will include

·        HR Strategy and planning

·        Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and programs that align with the overall business objectives.

·        Partner with senior management to understand workforce needs and contribute to long-term workforce planning.

·        Talent Acquisition and on boarding-Participate thoroughly in the recruitment and selection process for administrative, operational, and technical roles associated with the consignment and retail operation models.

·        Develop effective employee benefit schemes and onboarding programs aimed at attracting top talent.

·        Employee relations

·        Performance management-Develop and implement performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and feedback mechanisms

·        Training and development.

·        HR Compliance & Policies -Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.

·        Employee Benefits and Compensation-Oversee the design and implementation of compensation and benefits programs

·        HR Reporting and analytics

Requirements

The Successful candidate will have/be

·        12+ years of progressive experience in HR roles, with demonstrated experience in leading HR transformation initiatives effectively.

·        Experience in contributing to HR Strategy

·        Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

·        Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws in both sectors.

·        Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
