Required jobs in Wiseasy company and their details:

Technical Support Engineer





Responsibilities:

Troubleshoot transaction issues and solve customers’ inquiries.
Supervise the merchant settlement process both in terminal capture and host capture environment.
Provide solution implementation including systems set-ups developments and integration testing and user training.
Troubleshoot application issues and coordinate solutions with operations, functional, and technical teams.
Communicate directly with business partners to understand their needs and lead them to solutions.
Participate in cashless payment solutions made up of unattended systems, EMV terminals, networks, databases and connections to acquirer systems.
Do end-to-end testing of the payment solutions and raise defects to the relevant development department.
Support the 3rd party integrator’s technical resources during their development of the integration.
Perform as required, installations of various UAT systems on customer sites either remotely on in person.
Participate in quality assurance / end-to-end test of solutions.
Provide guidance and technical direction for customers, acquiring & card scheme projects.


Qualifications:

Diploma/Bachelor Degree in IT or related field.
At least 3 years relevant working experience in a technical payment’s environment.
Good understanding of operational flows of payment and business environments.
Strong relationship management with partners throughout the region.
Experienced working cross-functionally in a global, culturally diverse team.
Analytical, strong organizational skills and with strong commercial acumen.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Open-minded, positive working attitude, able to multi-task.
Independent, pro-active and taking ownership and accountability for assignments.
Able to work with minimum supervision and meet deadlines.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Powerpoint, Word).
Proficient in English and local language. Knowledge in Chinese to liaise with Chinese-speaking colleagues is an added advantage.
Travelling may be required.
Knowledge in the following will be an advantage:
-Experience with multiple card brands (VISA, MC, Amex, UPI, JCB, Diners/Discover…);
-Android development experience, using Java or Kotlin language;
-Batch File and Power Shell programming;
-Network and communication: TCP/IP, SSL, TLS, HTTP, HTTPS, Serial;
-Software development lifecycle, Software testing lifecycle.
