E Plan Engineer

Job Description:

• Independent engineering for GA & Electrical Wiring Diagrams & Loop Drawings, we shall provide (BOQ, IO list, system architecture & Panel selection and accessories) under little supervision of Siemens.
• Familiar with Siemens Automation Products (S7-400H/FH, S7-1200, S7-300, ET200M) & wiring requirement of the same.
• Familiar with Panels components (Terminals blocks, relays, breakers, ducts, barriers, … etc.)
• Full awareness of all EPLAN engineering tools:
• Mounting plate automatic arrangement and BOQ & Legends auto generations.

• Awareness of all different symbol’s libraries (IEC, NEMA .. etc) , create / edit as well.
• Awareness of all Eplan automatic numbering schemes, templates, symbol libraries, cross ferruling, and ability to modify based on customer specific requirements.
• Eplan Plot Frames editing, and customization based on customer requirements.
• Eplan Report forms editing, and customization based on customer requirements. i.e., interconnection diagrams, cable schedule, cable interconnection diagrams, parts lists, terminal strip diagrams, terminal interconnection diagrams, cable engineering & loop drawings …etc.
• All different types of reports generation by EPLAN
• Parts Management, i.e., create new macros, edit macros, create database, import / export … etc.
• Awareness of all AutoCAD engineering tools and ability to create new, edit and modify AutoCAD drawings.
• Familiar with P&IDs, reading & editing will be an advantage.

Notes:

• The engineer should have the required equipment’s (i.e., Laptop, EPLAN 2.9 SP1 / AutoCAD Licenses)
• Engineer should be locally available in Qatar.
• Project Duration for this position is 6-8 months (extendable based on the candidate performance and project requirements).
• Number of days 6 days a weeks.- 10 hrs.

الوظائف المطلوبة في شركة سوان جلوبال وتفاصيلها:

مهندس تخطيط

المسمى الوظيفي:

• هندسة مستقلة لتخطيط الأسلاك الكهربائية وGA ورسومات الحلقة، وسوف نقدم (BOQ، قائمة IO، بنية النظام واختيار اللوحة والملحقات) تحت إشراف بسيط من شركة Siemens.
• على دراية بمنتجات Siemens Automation (S7-400H / FH، S7-1200، S7-300، ET200M) ومتطلبات الأسلاك الخاصة بها.
• التعرف على مكونات الألواح (كتل المحطات، المرحلات، القواطع، القنوات، الحواجز، ... إلخ.)
• الإلمام الكامل بجميع أدوات الهندسة EPLAN:
• ترتيب لوحة التركيب تلقائيًا وأجيال BOQ & Legends التلقائية.

• الوعي بجميع مكتبات الرموز المختلفة (IEC، NEMA .. إلخ)، وإنشاءها / تحريرها أيضًا.
• معرفة جميع مخططات الترقيم التلقائي الخاصة بـ Eplan، والقوالب، ومكتبات الرموز، والتقاطع، والقدرة على التعديل بناءً على متطلبات العملاء المحددة.
• تحرير إطارات مخطط إيبلان وتخصيصها بناءً على متطلبات العملاء.
• تحرير نماذج تقرير إيبلان وتخصيصها بناءً على متطلبات العملاء. على سبيل المثال، مخططات الربط، جدول الكابلات، مخططات ربط الكابلات، قوائم الأجزاء، مخططات شرائط المحطة الطرفية، مخططات ربط المحطة الطرفية، رسومات هندسة الكابلات والحلقات ... إلخ.
• جميع أنواع التقارير المختلفة التي يتم إنشاؤها بواسطة EPLAN
• إدارة الأجزاء، أي إنشاء وحدات ماكرو جديدة، وتحرير وحدات الماكرو، وإنشاء قاعدة بيانات، واستيراد / تصدير … إلخ.
• - معرفة جميع أدوات هندسة الأوتوكاد والقدرة على إنشاء رسومات أوتوكاد جديدة وتحريرها وتعديلها.
• المعرفة بمخططات الأنابيب والأنابيب، والقراءة والتحرير ستكون ميزة إضافية.

ملحوظات:

• يجب أن يكون لدى المهندس المعدات المطلوبة (أي الكمبيوتر المحمول، ترخيص EPLAN 2.9 SP1 / AutoCAD)
• يجب أن يكون المهندس متاحًا محليًا في قطر.
• مدة المشروع لهذا المنصب هي 6-8 أشهر (قابلة للتمديد بناءً على أداء المرشح ومتطلبات المشروع).
• عدد الأيام 6 أيام في الأسبوع - 10 ساعات.
