Well versed with Waterfall & Agile project methodologies
Proven in conflict management and people management
Ability to drive multiple complex/mid-sized projects in all aspects
Coordinate the projects and their interdependencies between the various projects and teams
Meeting with stakeholders to make communication easy and transparent regarding project issues and decisions on services
Account Manager
Insurance Domain knowledge is a must
Strong knowledge in Oracle SQL & PLSQL is an additional advantage
Strong experience in the design of enterprise-grade systems
Strong oral and written communication skills
Good exposure in project management
Strong Analytical skills
PMP Certification is preferred
Technical Lead Java
6+ years of hands-one Software Development experience
Hands on experience in designing and developing applications using Java EE platforms
Object oriented analysis and design using common design patterns.
Profound insight of Java and JEE internals (Class loading, Memory Management, Transaction management etc.,)
Good knowledge in J2EE Platform
Hands on Experience with any of the following Web frameworks : Struts 2, Spring, Spring Boot
Hands on Experience with any of the following ORM frameworks : Hibernate, Spring JPA, Mybatis
