eCommerce Innovations Lead


Responsibilities

You will play a vital role in developing, planning and implementing the Online growth strategy and use data to drive continuous improvements and iterations.
You will drive the data strategy, act on the insights and evaluate the effectiveness of the data to support the evolution of the operational, app, and sales and marketing strategy.
You’ll be in charge of driving and improving strategy around customer acquisition & retention and the brand of our Online business unit by leading market research work to identify industry, customer & competitor trends.
You will manage complex projects aimed at improving customer experience and business unit sustainability.
You will coordinate across multiple teams and articulate the business unit’s vision and expectations to multiple stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and achieve the desired outcome.
You will directly manage 1-3 direct reports and invest in their professional growth.





Office Coordinator



•    Demonstrate strong self-leadership through high levels of planning, prioritization and organization.
•    Effectively manage the administrative staff comprising the Logistics Coordinator and Service Coordinator to ensure proper utilization of time, finances, and other resources.
•    Support the Executive Directors by providing effective before and after sales support which include having full awareness of training activities.
•    Effectively contribute to business growth by helping with the organization of events planning through prospect invitations and following up.
•    Understand all products and be able to confidently assist and respond to queries.
•    Support the CEO & Executive Director through proactive planning and execution of various duties as required.
•    Support all other departments by ensuring all required resources are provided in time and managed well.
•    Ensure that the office is running efficiently and maintain high standards in terms of cleanliness, fixtures, repairs and general supplies
•    Make travel arrangements for the company staff and facilitators travelling locally, and internationally
•    Ensure prudent procurement of office and training supplies.



Portfolio Monitoring and Reporting Officer



•    Manage the day-to-day operations of the portfolio, establish the working plan of each relationship officer and debt collectors.
•    Analyze and appraise the effectiveness of sales methods, costs, and results
•    Produce and analyze portfolio/project-level reports against key performance indicators
•    Escalate issues that threaten portfolio and project success
•    Monitor performance of loan portfolio
•    Prepare periodical portfolio performance report for the Branch
•    Provide guidance to the branch network on policy requirements relating to Loan Monitoring
•    Develop and ensure frequent update of Loan Monitoring & Reporting manual
•    Strict adherence to all regulations, statutes, standards, practices and all internal processes and procedures as per the relevant manuals and comply with all relevant external legislation and regulations with regard to Compliance requirements.
•    Ensure that all risk management requirements within your remit are addressed and where necessary escalated through the available defined channels.
•    Oversee reports for budgets and financial reports.
•    Create plans and forecasts that are built to fit future needs.
