DESIRED SKILLS:
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering / MBA in HR or equivalent
Minimum 8+ years of HR work experience and min 3 years of work experience in similar position
Global Remuneration Professional (GRP) certification and/or CIPD 5 is desired
Excellent MS Office and database management
knowledge, power BI is preferred
JOB ALERT
Experience of Korn Ferry/Hay, Mercer and other job evaluation methodologies are preferred
Sound communication, analytical and
interpersonal skills
Experience in using ERP System like SAP Success Factors
