JOB LOCATION: Doha, Qatar JOB TYPE: Permanent
DESIRED SKILLS:
• Bachelor's degree / MBA in HR or related field
• Minimum 10-12 years of work experience and min 3 years of work experience in similar position
• Work closely with Business Heads, Hiring Manager and HR Director for Annual Manpower Planning.
• Maintain and built strong Talent Pipelines in the form of database using HRIS-ERP.
• Manage Recruitment team & maintain recruitment KPI reports and Hiring Reports & share with the concerned stakeholders on weekly and monthly basis.
• Excellent MS Office and database management knowledge • Sound communication, analytical and interpersonal skills
