Planning the breakfast buffet menu and the evening buffet as well purchasing food, including shopping as necessary;Ensuring strict attention to dietary restrictions and food allergies; Prepare ingredients to use in cooking (chopping and peeling vegetables, cutting meat etc.)Cook food in various utensils or grille

Ensure great presentation of each buffet by dressing dishes before they are served Keep a sanitized and orderly environment in the kitchen and at the buffet stations

Ensure all food and other items are stored properly. Monitor stock and place orders when there are shortages and frequent check quality of ingredients
