Sales & Customer services Trainer - Part Time




We are looking for a Sales & Customer Service Trainer to educate our support, sales and customer service teams by conducting seminars and interactive courses.


Sales & Customer Service Trainer responsibilities include facilitating on-the-job coaching, developing educational material and organizing training sessions for new hires. If you’re familiar with teaching soft skills like negotiation and problem-solving, we’d like to meet you.


Responsibilities


Develop digital and print educational material (e.g. videos and manuals)

Organize classroom-style seminars about product features and sales techniques and customer handling.

Conduct role-playing activities to develop interpersonal skills (e.g. negotiation, teamwork and conflict management).

Identify individual and team skills gaps.

Schedule regular training sessions (e.g. monthly or quarterly).

Liaise with managers and encourage on-the-job coaching (e.g. how to handle difficult client cases).

Assess the impact of each educational course on staff performance and client satisfaction.



Food Hygiene Officer - Arabic Speaking - Local Hiring 




Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Responsible for handling the Food safety and Environmental Health and Safety in the Restaurants.


-Implementing / maintaining HACCP, Food Safety and Personal Hygiene Standards.

-Writing food safety management system manual and standard food safety procedures as per local and internal guidelines.

-Implementing systems and conducting regular checks to ensure food handlers are adhering to good food and personal hygiene practices, during food preparation.

-Carrying out internal Food Hygiene Audits in all food preparation rooms.

-Developing, implement, reviewing and updating the food safety management system procedures, in accordance with local regulations and international standards.

-Training food handlers in Essential Food safety as per local authority standards.

-Managing day to day activities of Food Safety and maintaining Hygiene records, appropriately.

-Monitoring and verifying that food is received, handled, prepared, stored, transported and served always in a satisfactory manner, in accordance with the Food Safety & HACCP Rules & Regulations.

-Conducting supplier audits to approve food suppliers

-Guiding the internal HACCP auditors to perform inter departmental audit.

-Providing awareness training in HACCP for all food handlers

-Making food safety and HACCP training plans for food handlers

-Investigating food safety complaints, and reporting to management

-Auditing all food preparation areas and reporting findings and liaise with the concerned departments on consistent preventive / corrective actions.

-Maintaining Environment Health and Safety standards in the hotel as per local guidelines.

-Assessing hazards and conducting risk assessment on health and safety as per local authority standards.

-Liaising inspections and statutory requirements from the relevant Government Authorities, and External Auditors of food safety system.

-Auditing on Environment Health and safety and reporting findings and liaise with the concerned departments on consistent preventive / corrective actions.





Administration & HR Manager



Create hiring plans for front-of-the-house and back-of-the-house staff

Promote open roles using online and print job ads

Screen, interview and evaluate candidates

Prepare job offers and employment contracts

Calculate payroll considering overtime, holidays and evening shifts

Plan attractive compensation and benefits packages to increase retention

Manage payroll and keep updated records of payments

Oversee employee attendance and working schedules including breaks, overtime and paid time off

Schedule onboarding sessions and job-related trainings for all employees

Track key recruiting metrics like turnover rates and source of hire

Marketing Manager - Hospitality




Job Responsibilities:


Sales, Marketing, Research: Develop marketing strategies and calendar to increase exposure of business opportunities, and leads; implement advertising campaigns; analyze the competitive advantage and profitability of the restaurant.

Social Media Management: Build and increase exposure through social media channel and platforms; develop and administer content to engage users, create an interactive relationship with customers and potential customers.

Events Management: Plan events (both online and offline) to increase engagement with customers; create posters for events; prepare newsletters; assist with execution of events.

Partnership Management: Cultivate and maintain relationships among business partners, brand partners, as well as brand ambassadors and influencers.

Reporting: Provide reports and improve the sales of the restaurant based on data and business goals.
