Event Coordinators (Freelance ) - Urgent Hiring !
We are looking for experienced Event Coordinators, on a contract basis for our projects.
Job Responsibilities:
Meeting with clients to discuss their needs and further planning meetings.
Booking venues and other services.
Creating schedules for employees needed for each event.
Evaluating events and making post-event report.
Following budget.
Communicating to clients any updates, concerns, and arranging details.
Attending events to supervise and make sure everything goes as planned.
Solving problems that may arise during events
Qualifications:
2+ years of event coordinating experience.
Post-secondary education in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, Business (OR sufficient experience).
Experience working with budgets.
Ability to problem solve.
Ability to multi-task.
