Event Director
Drive new business opportunities and develop commercial strategies in accordance with the business and client requirements. Responsible for the company’s third-party events from planning, execution to completion of the project. Work with wide range of clients, from individuals to corporations, non-profits, and large government entities. Ensure that each event runs smoothly from inception to conclusion all aspects of production—from venue selection to equipment rentals to staffing decisions. Responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with vendors and other service providers.
Graphic Designer
Create and develop files and artworks for all the jobs with pixel perfection and speed. Produce and edit various types of media seamlessly to tell a cohesive story (commercials, promo videos, corporate training videos, marketing, recaps, etc.). Coordinates with printing house and ensures that the work produced adheres to specified corporate guidelines. Maintain all graphics elements of the holding & subsidiaries. Maintain high level of production and quality control. Create new concepts & presentations whenever needed. Facilitate the main designs in a timely manner. Create social media posts designs and videos.
Marketing Director
Responsible for overall marketing results of the company. Oversees and stirs marketing strategies and efforts in order to strengthen company's market position and achieve desired business goals. Prepare marketing plans, create detailed campaigns for existing and potential projects. Set marketing budget and analyse the market and competitors. Lead a marketing department, including the work of marketing managers, coordinators, design team and etc.
Conference Producer
To successfully project manage our conferences from initial topic conception to final execution. Responsible for research of the conference topics, finding industry leading experts and through direct contact establishing a connection to involve them in upcoming projects and conferences. Responsible for manging, coordinating the company’s marketing and sales campaigns, working with various teams to ensure that the services created are presented in the right way to the right audience. Develop project management and market research skills.
