Human Resources Generalist
The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruitment activities, new hire orientation and onboarding, administration functions, support payroll & benefits and enforcing company policies and practices.
Responsibilities
Responsible for the full-cycle of recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.
Assist in payroll processing and implementation of C&B plans
Maintains up to date all employees’ required legal documents (QID/Driving License/Passport & Health Card).
Support Learning & Development activities including Performance Management System
Maintaining HRIS system from Hire to Retire process.
Responsible for other HR administration task & data reporting as assigned.
Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics
Assist in the development and codification of HR Policies
Qualifications
Minimum Graduate level education in Human Resources or equivalent
Familiar with Qatar Labor Law, Qatar Residency Law and other relevant state regulations
Minimum 5 years of experience in Generalist Role with focus on Recruitment/Talent Acquisition & HR Administration (Preferably from construction industry)
