Project Cost Controller
Key Responsibilities
Preparing proposal financial sheets including sales, cost of sales and cash flow forecasts
Allocate project budget and establish a cost baseline
Update project cost expenditure reports
Manage project payment schedules and milestones
Handling incoming/outgoing project invoices as per project agreements
Communicate issues/concerns related to budget deviations
Report monthly project KPIs
Conduct monthly review meetings with the team
Ensure all commercial reports/files are up to date with project status
Work with procurement regularly to ensure no delays with supplier payments
Arranging bonds and guarantees required under the project
Additional Skills
Familiarity with cost accounting, financial reporting and planning
Familiarity with contracts
Organizational skills
Familiarity with SAP Business One (business partners, chart of accounts, general ledgers etc.)
Ability to multitask on multiple sheets/reports and projects
Ability to perform and accomplish tasks remotely with minimum supervision
Technical Competencies
SAP Business One
Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint & Word
Financial modelling/reporting
Academic Qualification & Experience
Minimum Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent (Finance or Accounting)
ACCA, CPA, ACA preferred
4-6 years of relevant project cost controlling and proposals experience
