General Manager
We are currently hiring for a General Manager for Elan Signage/Urban. In this role you will :-
Lead and develop ELAN Signage / Urban Business Units as well as oversee conceptualization, planning and execution of projects.
Oversee the initiation and maintenance of relationship with key existing and potential clients of ELAN Signage / Urban as well as lead any business development initiatives.
Actively participate in the development and implementation of the company’s vision, mission, short-term and long-term strategic goals and budget thereby ensuring maximization of shareholder value.
Drive the development and oversee implementation of the business line strategies and plans assigned to enterprise to ensure its contribution to the overall group strategy and goals.
Aim to achieve overall sales and marketing initiatives within the organization including business development and brand equity enhancement.
Initiate organization and system development aimed at achieving operational efficiency across the organization including corporate governance, policy and procedures, human capital development and IT system enhancement.
Champion the development and maintenance of mutually beneficial relationships with Government bodies, shareholders, customers, clients, partners and employees for the overall benefit of the organization.
