Human Resources Officer
Basic Function & Scope of Job:
Day to day HR generalist activities, maintaining a standard level of HR services
Supporting recruitment & On-boarding processes; ensures delivery of quality hires
Support employee engagement, employee relations and grievances
Provide support to the team and general HR initiatives as required
Assisting the HR Manager with the day-to-day HR Operations
Candidate Requirement:
1-2 years HR experience, focusing on the recruitment function
Good understanding of HR processes and HR activities
A positive attitude is a must
Excellent communication skills (English, and Arabic)
Process orientated, calm under pressure with an ability to solve problems
Education: university degree, in HR / Business Administration
