A leading Oil & Gas Drilling company in Kuwait is seeking talented professionals for their Deep, Development, and Workover Rig operations. We invite applications for the following roles:
1. QHSE Manager
(Preferred Engineering Graduate with 15 Years of QHSE Experience in Oil & Gas Well Drilling / Equivalent) (NEBOSH Certified).
Job Description:
- Lead the development and implementation of QHSE policies.
- Oversee risk management and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections across rigs and sites.
- Promote a proactive safety culture within the organization.
- Deliver QHSE training and awareness sessions for all staff.
- Investigate incidents, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain certifications and liaise with regulatory authorities.
- Ensure environmental protection measures are in place and effective.
- Develop emergency response plans and conduct drills.
- Support operational teams in achieving world-class safety standards.
2. Drilling Safety Superintendent
(NEBOSH Certified) (Preferred Engineering Graduate/Diploma with 12 Years of Experience).
Job Description:
Supervise the safety activities of drilling operations.
Ensure compliance with HSE regulations and company policies.
Coordinate safety inspections and hazard assessments.
Provide coaching and guidance to rig personnel on safety practices.
Participate in pre-job meetings and risk assessments.
Investigate accidents and near-misses and provide recommendations.
Liaise with drilling supervisors and contractors to enforce safety measures.
Promote continual improvement in safety standards.
Manage emergency preparedness and response plans.
Submit regular safety performance reports to management.
3. Drilling Safety Officer
(NEBOSH Certified) (Preferred Engineering Graduate/Diploma with 7 Years of Experience).
Job Description:
- Assist in implementing drilling site safety programs.
- Conduct daily safety inspections and hazard identifications.
- Enforce safety protocols during critical drilling activities.
- Facilitate toolbox talks and safety meetings.
- Assist with accident investigations and incident reporting.
- Keep safety documentation and compliance records updated.
- Educate and train new employees on HSE procedures.
- Ensure proper use of PPE across sites.
- Support safety audits and follow-up on findings.
- Work collaboratively with the operations team to improve safety culture.
4. Medic / Para-Medic
(With Nursing Degree/Diploma + BLS & ACLS Certifications, minimum 3+ years Industrial Experience).
Job Description:
- Provide first-aid treatment and emergency care on-site.
- Monitor the health and wellbeing of all personnel.
- Manage health records and medical supplies inventory.
- Conduct health awareness sessions for the workforce.
- Coordinate with external medical services when needed.
- Perform routine health assessments and wellness programs.
- Support injury management and rehabilitation initiatives.
- Maintain medical facilities and equipment on the rig.
- Ensure compliance with occupational health standards.
- Be available on a 24/7 emergency response basis.
5. Senior Toolpusher / Rig Manager
(Engineer/Diploma) with minimum 12 Years of Drilling industry experience.
Job Description:
- Lead drilling operations and manage rig site activities.
- Supervise drilling crews and subcontractors.
- Ensure compliance with drilling programs and schedules.
- Maintain rig performance standards and HSE compliance.
- Coordinate logistics and ensure availability of equipment and supplies.
- Develop and manage operational budgets.
- Oversee well control measures and emergency preparedness.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to rig personnel.
- Liaise with clients and provide daily operational reports.
- Ensure continuous improvement initiatives are implemented.

(Engineer/Diploma) with Minimum 10 Years of Drilling industry experience.
Job Description:
- Oversee night shift drilling operations.
- Ensure adherence to drilling programs and safety procedures.
- Monitor rig equipment and maintenance during night shifts.
- Supervise and coordinate the night shift drilling crew.
- Report operational status to the Rig Manager.
- Manage emergency situations promptly and effectively.
- Maintain drilling documentation and daily reports.
- Conduct safety briefings and risk assessments.
- Assist in planning upcoming drilling operations.
- Ensure night shift work meets project targets.
7. Driller
(Minimum Secondary Level Certificate + 8 Years of Drilling industry experience).
Job Description:
- Operate drilling equipment and supervise drilling activities.
- Interpret drilling plans and monitor well conditions.
- Maintain drilling equipment to ensure operational efficiency.
- Perform regular inspections and preventive maintenance.
- Support safe drilling practices and procedures.
- Communicate with supervisors regarding drilling operations.
- Troubleshoot equipment failures and drilling problems.
- Manage downhole tool operations.

- Provide guidance and mentorship to assistant drillers.
8. Assistant Driller
(Minimum Secondary Level Certificate + 6 Years of drilling industry experience).
Job Description:
- Assist the Driller in executing drilling operations.

- Perform rig-up and rig-down operations.
- Assist in maintaining drilling equipment.
- Support emergency procedures and drills.
- Ensure all safety practices are adhered to.
- Maintain drilling fluid levels and circulation systems.

- Develop skills to transition into the Driller role.
9. Sr. Electrician
(VFD & SCR Experienced) (Preferred Engineering Graduate + 8 Years Electrical Maintenance Exp.).
Job Description:
- Perform electrical maintenance and repairs on drilling equipment.
- Troubleshoot electrical faults on AC driven and SCR systems.
- Ensure all electrical systems are operating safely and efficiently.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
- Maintain records of electrical inspections and repairs.
- Coordinate with rig management for planned electrical work.
- Ensure compliance with electrical codes and standards.
- Supervise electricians and subcontractors as required.

- Coordinate with vendors and contractors for major repairs.
- Maintain mechanical integrity records and logs.
- Ensure compliance with mechanical standards and best practices.
- Train junior mechanics and rig personnel.
- Plan and supervise major equipment overhauls.
- Support operational teams with mechanical troubleshooting.
- Improve reliability of mechanical systems to reduce downtime.
