Senior Executive Sales Support Administration / Phono Subsidiary
Role Purpose:
Providing an efficient and professional sales admin support. Also, ensuring the company IT systems, infrastructures, servers, networks and securities are running to an efficient level.
Automating all the manual processes with in the team & keep on updating the process & procedures of Phono Operations.
Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities:
Ensure all the Phono Systems are running efficiently and has uninterrupted services for customers
Manage Technical issues related to any Phono systems
Manages all CRs across all systems of Phono & UAT testing
Backend Reporting across all Phono Systems which are not available at GUI
User Access Control for all systems
Manage the security standards which set by Ooredoo over Phono's servers & clients computers & it's testing
Develop on conceptual ideas of existing systems and software, to influence management new decision.
Keep track on IT policy in accordance with WT standards; bring departmental attentions for any changes or new requirements.
Supporting the sales force with general operations to help reach the team’s objectives.
Constantly update the process and procedures to be updated / published to ensure the process are followed as agreed, SLA’s to be defined and followed and issues tracked through system for resolution.
Automate all the manual processes and the escalation of issues should be routed through system for real time tracking
Handles the technical procedures for any upcoming Phono systemsProactively take responsibility for self-improvement by staying well-informed of developments, knowledge and innovations in relevant field of expertise.
Other duties as directed by Senior Management or other superiors.
Other duties as directed by Head of Operations.
Qualifications:
Diploma in Business Administration, or similar discipline from recognized institution.
Other Information:
System Support
Minimum 3 years’ experience in relevant field.
MS office skills
Good verbal and written communication skills
Creative, innovative mindset and dynamic personality.
Ability to priorities own workload and detail oriented
