Demand Planner
Review sales trends, research demand drivers, prepare forecast data and evaluate forecast results. Identify variances based on historical performance and expected future sales and plan inventory needs for future demand.
Job Responsibility
Prepare regular reports for forecast accuracy (Supplier Order compliance, Weekly stock availability, Order Tracking, Profitability reports).
Provide data on sales variability, forecast accuracy, and future forecasts that are used in setting safety stocks and inventory planning parameters.
Ensure securing the right product for the customer at the right time by calculating ordering lead time and by setting the re-ordering calendar.
Provide input to the Category Manager in developing inventory strategies on existing items, new products, and product phase-outs.
PO – PI comparison, updating the system at the item level, and maintaining proper documentation.
Follow up with suppliers on order delivery status, date, and documents.
Closely work with the Logistics and Warehouse team to accelerate the clearance & receiving process.
Interact with other stakeholders to smoothen the ordering process.
Ensure appropriate product allocation across stores.
Analytics Specialist
To contribute in defining eCommerce strategy in terms of product availability to cater the customer needs
Job Description:
Monitoring performance of the commercial campaigns – sales, gross margin, Profit & Loss – and consistency with the Company eCommerce strategy
Always monitoring the availability of the products, and reviewing online books weekly.
Checking competitors regularly (local and global) and making campaign analysis
Following banners and other commercial spaces on the website and app and try to monetize as much as possible.
Following the performance of aggregators and reviewing the catalog every week.
Treasury Officer
Job Responsibilities
Execute daily cash management transactions, and reports daily cash operations activities.
Perform & monitor day-to-day treasury operations transactions and resolve errors.
Ensures liquidity and prepares cash flow projections.
Performs daily corporate cash management and forecasting activities.
Maintains all collections/payments-related schedules for forecasting.
Monitors and manages the company’s daily cash position.
Tracks and resolves pay exceptions.
Gathers interprets and prepares corporate cash flow projections.
Interfaces with accounting for bank general ledger upload, journal entry differences, and general troubleshooting.
