Sales Agent
Responsibilities :
Make direct visits to prospect customers.
Establish and maintain good customer relationships.
Introduce and demonstrate new products to customers.
Proper knowledge of products, services, and processes to ensure customer satisfaction.
Convey customer feedback, suggestions, or complaints to management.
Present sales and field reports to management.
Assist customers with problem solving.
Qualifications :
Bachelor's or equivalent degree related to the field.
Requirements and Skills :
Basic knowledge in interior design and general contracting
+5 years of experience in sales .
Can demonstrate strong analytical achievements and confidence with numbers & Data Base tact along with humility and patience.
Knowledge of Microsoft Package and Outlook .
A good understanding of Kuwait Market.
A pragmatic, commercial mindset, comfortable with ambiguity.
Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
Experience in working in a dynamic high-growth company.
Strong motivation with the ability to work quickly and accurately in tight deadlines.
Valid Driving License and car.
base salary and commission/incentives/bonus plan

يمكن أن يُظهر إنجازات تحليلية قوية وثقة في استخدام الأرقام ولباقة قاعدة البيانات جنبًا إلى جنب مع التواضع والصبر.
معرفة حزمة Microsoft و Outlook.
فهم جيد لسوق الكويت.
عقلية براغماتية تجارية ، مريحة مع الغموض.
مهارات ممتازة في التعامل مع الآخرين والتواصل والعرض التقديمي.
خبرة في العمل في شركة ديناميكية عالية النمو.
دافع قوي مع القدرة على العمل بسرعة ودقة في المواعيد النهائية الضيقة.
رخصة قيادة وسيارة سارية.
